Read Hope’s Endo Story below…
My first period started at the age of 9. It always stays for 7 days, then comes back 19 days after with severe pain & flooding. Whenever that time came I couldn’t attend school and as I get older it gets worst. Sometimes I bleed for months non stop!
I didn’t know what to do or who to tell. Yes! I’ve been to clinics, they told me I was anemic & needed iron and that’s it! I am now a mother of 3 children, the last child is 14 years. The problem got more severe, during my periods the clots are so big some pieces almost weight 40 to 50 grams, whenever it is trying to pass out, it feels like my womb is tearing apart, it’s much more than i can write…
I visited another local clinic in 2011 and was given letter to do the some test at the lab, it shows that my endo is at stage 2, along with cysts, inflamation, and small fibroids. I’m on treatment now called PROVERA. I was also on the depo-provera injection, it makes me bleed more. The tablets pervera it helps a little.
The doctors request now for me to do surgery, in which I do not have all the money to help my self. I can’t even keep a steady job, I do need help!!!
THANK YOU ALL!!!!!
